We will ship out all orders within one business day.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Average shipping time to the United States: 3 – 12 Calendar days
  • Average shipping time to the United Kingdom: 4 – 10 Calendar days
  • Average shipping time to international: 5 – 25 Calendar days

Due to COVID-19, all global logistics systems are experiencing some delays. Some orders will have a longer delivery time but 95% of the orders will still be delivered within the above time frame.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! However, you must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already been shipped out, you’ll need to cover the shipping/fulfillment cost of the order and sometimes product cost depending on the order value. Please email contact@zuxone.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line “CANCEL”.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at contact@zuxone.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct it before it’s shipped.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED 
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite of this, our customers report that around 1 in every 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.If this happens to you, please contact us with:

– A picture of the damaged product.
